The Investment
The Trilogy Private Income Series is a single asset mortgage trust. Each loan is secured by registered first mortgages over Australian property and are rigorously vetted, by our experienced team of fund managers, property, real estate, and construction specialists.
Loan type, location and terms will vary, giving investors the power to select a loan that matches their personal risk and return appetite and provides opportunity for portfolio diversification.
