It’s also a market that we believe is overlooked by banks, therefore offering a superior risk-return structure than more highly contested markets. We limit loan terms to two years for better cashflow control and issue finance in tranches, after positive reviews from independent surveyors. Every loan is secured by a first-registered mortgage with an LVR of 70% or less. Our approach has earned us a “Very Strong” rating from Foresight Analytics.
