Meet our Executive Team

Justin is Co-Managing Director of Trilogy Funds Management Limited and its parent company, Trilogy Funds Group. He joined Trilogy in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2011, before moving into his current role as Co-Managing Director.

A Certified Practising Accountant, Justin has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, including over 25 years in the financial services sector. He brings deep expertise in financial management, audit, technology, and strategic planning, and plays a key role in overseeing Trilogy Funds’ responsibilities under its Australian Financial Services License, including the operation of its managed investment schemes.

Justin’s strong command of statutory reporting requirements and governance frameworks has been central to the Group’s ongoing growth and operational performance. His leadership in implementing business-critical systems and process improvements continues to drive efficiency and support the long-term strategic direction of Trilogy Funds.

Henry is Co-Managing Director of Trilogy Funds Management Limited and its parent company, Trilogy Funds Group. Since joining the business, Henry has played a key role in shaping Trilogy’s strategic direction and governance framework, with a particular focus on regulatory oversight, risk management, and capital structuring.

Henry is responsible for overseeing the Group’s AFSL obligations and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. He works closely with internal teams to ensure that appropriate controls and governance measures are embedded across the business.

His work spans the origination and negotiation of a range of institutional-grade transactions and partnerships, both in Australia and internationally.

A core requirement of Henry’s role is to bridge risk, governance, and growth strategy to support Trilogy’s long-term success in managing retail investment products and fixed income assets.

Our Head of Lending Clinton Arentz is also Managing Director of Trilogy Finance and a Director of the broader Trilogy Funds Group. Since joining the business in 2017 as Head of Lending and Property Assets, he has been instrumental in driving the growth and strategic direction of Trilogy’s property lending platform.

Clinton led the nationwide expansion of the Trilogy Monthly Income Trust, supporting the growth and management of a construction loan portfolio now exceeding $1 billion. He also played a central role in the creation and scale-up of the Trilogy Industrial Property Trust, which has grown to over $250 million in assets under management across five Australian states and territories.

With more than 35 years of experience in property development, project delivery, and asset management, Clinton’s expertise spans residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Prior to Trilogy, he held senior roles with Jones Lang LaSalle and co-founded a business that reached the No. 1 ranking on the BRW Fastest Growing Private Companies list.

Clinton brings deep capability across the full development lifecycle—from risk assessment and funding strategy to project structuring, delivery, and asset realisation. He is also highly experienced in asset management, work-out projects, and disposal strategies.

Clinton holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and has completed executive programs through the Securities Institute of Australia and the London School of Economics. He is committed to delivering practical, responsive finance solutions and long-term value for property developers across Australia.

Andrew joined Trilogy Funds in 2023 as General Counsel. With more than 25 years of legal experience in international financial markets in roles across the Asia Pacific region, Andrew brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business.

Before joining Trilogy Funds, Andrew served as Head of Legal and General Counsel for global banking and financial institutions in Hong Kong and was General Counsel Treasury for the Treasury Corporation of Victoria. Prior to these roles, he honed his legal skills at top international law firms in New Zealand, Korea and Hong Kong.

In his role as General Counsel for Trilogy Funds, Andrew takes on the responsibility of managing Trilogy’s legal risks, while also providing crucial legal support to the company’s rapidly expanding operations.

Andrew is a qualified Australian lawyer as well as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

As Chief Financial Officer, Tyler is responsible for Trilogy Funds’ accounting and finance functions and oversees the financial reporting, tax compliance and key financial analysis.

Prior to joining Trilogy Funds, he worked at KPMG’s business advisory division and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Tyler has led the innovation and management of Trilogy Funds’ financial strategy across all funds. He also has strong financial industry experience from his career in chartered accounting firms, specialising in business advisory and corporate management.

Laurence has over 22 years’ experience in senior roles across the property investment industry, encompassing direct and listed real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Trilogy Funds, Laurence served as Chief Executive Officer of Eildon Capital Limited, an ASX-listed fund manager. Preceding this position, he was the Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and acted as Fund Manager of Industria REIT (ADI.ASX), focusing on commercial and industrial properties within the ASX-listed AREIT market. Further tenures include Credit Suisse and Citi, where he specialised in the AREIT sector; as well as APN’s Head of Private Funds, overseeing the management of four direct retail property funds and two wholesale direct property funds.

Laurence’s qualifications include a Diploma of Business Accounting, a Diploma of Financial Advising and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.

Since joining Trilogy Funds in 2017, Wyatt has been an integral member of the Trilogy Funds team. Over the years, Wyatt has embarked on several roles within the company, each of which has contributed to his extensive knowledge and diverse skill set.

Starting in the Investor Relations team in 2017, Wyatt quickly advanced to Private Account Manager for Wholesale Investors before being promoted to Manager – Investor Relations & Wholesale Investments in 2021. Through his various roles, Wyatt has gained invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the finance industry, attributing to his success in his current position – Head of Distribution. His experience working across several roles has allowed him to develop a holistic perspective and approach to driving growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience for Trilogy Funds’ stakeholders.

As Head of Distribution, Wyatt leads a team of 10, responsible for driving growth in Trilogy’s investment solutions for both retail and adviser divisions. Wyatt’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance, from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

Wyatt’s exceptional career trajectory is a testament to his dedication and expertise in the finance industry. He continues to be a driving force in Trilogy Funds’ growth and success.

Zoe joined Trilogy Funds in 2004 and brings to the team 23 years of experience in financial services, office administration and human resources.

Zoe is passionate about helping Trilogy Funds make the most of their resources and talent to deliver expert services to clients, through improving methods and technologies to better meet the ever evolving requirements of Trilogy Funds and it’s workforce and through developing company culture and employee relations.

Tom joined Trilogy Funds in early-2026 as Chief Technology Officer after several years of working closely alongside the business in a consulting capacity. As Chief Technology Officer, Tom is responsible for leading Trilogy Funds’ technology strategy, digital platforms and cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring technology effectively supports operational efficiency, risk management and long-term growth.

Equipped with over 20 years’ experience in technology leadership, Tom brings extensive expertise across enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity governance and technology-enabled business transformation. He has a strong track record of aligning technology investment with business priorities to deliver scalable, resilient and secure environments. Having held senior leadership positions across a range of industries, Tom has built high-performing teams and delivered complex technology solutions.

Tom works closely with the executive team to ensure Trilogy Funds’ technology platforms support its investment operations, regulatory obligations and commitment to delivering a high-quality investor experience.

Daniel Trist is Head of Origination at Trilogy Funds, leading the organisation’s origination strategy, strengthening broker and borrower relationships, sourcing new lending opportunities and supporting the continued growth of Trilogy Funds’ loan portfolio.

Daniel joined Trilogy Funds in 2025 and brings more than 15 years’ experience in property finance, private credit and leadership roles. He has extensive expertise in originating and structuring complex lending transactions, credit assessment and portfolio management, with a focus on both residential and commercial construction lending. Prior to joining Trilogy Funds, Daniel held senior lending roles at La Trobe Financial, working extensively with developers, brokers and industry stakeholders across Australia’s property market.

Daniel’s background leading teams in both financial services and international sporting environments has shaped a strategic and adaptable approach to problem solving, relationship management and delivering outcomes in complex and fast-paced environments.

As National Manager – Dealer Groups and Platforms, Nicole is responsible for leading Trilogy’s engagement strategy with dealer groups and investment platforms across Australia.

A dynamic sales leader and communicator, Nicole brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to her role. She has a strong track record in business development, team leadership and mentoring. Results-oriented, she has delivered and exceeded revenue, growth and retention targets, even in challenging market conditions.

Nicole is highly active within the financial services community. She serves on the FAAA Brisbane Metro Community Committee, is part of the Grants Committee for the Future2 Foundation and has previously held key roles within the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA), including Education Chair of the Queensland State Committee and QLD & NT Representative for the AFA National Mentoring Committee.

As Senior Investor Relations Manager, Kerilee is committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to Trilogy Funds’ clients, enhancing their investment experience through process improvement and a client-first approach.

Equipped with over nine years of experience in investment management across Australia and South Africa, Kerilee’s background spans both frontline client engagement and back-office operations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on investor needs.

Kerilee holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management with distinction, has completed CFA Level I and is currently studying toward a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning to deepen her expertise in the Australian financial landscape.

A highly effective and capable marketer with a broad range of skills and experience spanning both the public and private sector in Australia as well as internationally. Having worked successfully across a variety of industry types and sizes is testament to Monique’s ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, adapt working style to best suit the environment and importantly, to successfully deliver against business objectives.

Markus joined Trilogy Funds in February 2022 as the Fund Accountant for the Trilogy Monthly Income Trust, prior to moving into the Senior Fund Accountant role in July 2023. Markus was involved in all mergers and acquisitions for the MDC Trilogy Wholesale Yield Fund I since inception, and oversaw the Finance team’s role in the Eildon Asset Management portfolio acquisition and integration.
In January 2025, Markus was promoted to Finance Manager, where he plays a key role in determining Trilogy’s financial strategy, leveraging his strength of presenting financial data in a way all people can understand and utilise.

Markus has a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

Since joining Trilogy Funds Group in January 2022, Mason has progressed to the position of Senior Manager – Legal, Compliance and Risk, where his responsibilities include acting as the Group’s Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer, and Complaints Handling Officer.

Mason provides legal advice across a broad spectrum of areas including finance, funds management, employment, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in addition to managing and supervising the compliance, risk management, and regulatory functions of the Group, including engaging with regulators such as ASIC and AUSTRAC.

Mason also contributes to the strategic development and implementation of the Group’s risk management framework and chairs the Executive Risk Committee, while also being a key contributor in the Audit & Risk Committee.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Jessica possesses an extensive and diverse professional background spanning the hospitality, real estate and financial services sectors. This blend of experience across multiple industries has equipped Jessica with a track record of excellence in client services and operational support.

Joining the Trilogy Funds Investor Relations team in October 2021 as an Investor Relations Officer, she advanced to Investor Relations Team Leader, prior to her most recent promotion to Investor Relations Manager in March 2025.

As Investor Relations Manager, Jessica leads a team dedicated to continually enhancing the customer experience and delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.

Troy Bauer

Troy joined Trilogy in 2022, bringing with him four years of experience in data analytics and financial systems from his time at a Melbourne-based boutique tech consultancy firm. During this period, he worked closely with Trilogy to develop a bespoke forecasting and reporting tool for the Lending team.

Since moving inhouse, Troy has played a key role in expanding the tool’s application across the Finance and Distribution teams. In his current role as Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager, he supports multiple departments with their reporting and analytics needs and oversees the delivery of external reporting including investment reports, investor statements and regulatory disclosures. Troy also manages Trilogy’s relationship with research houses, ensuring they are provided with the necessary due diligence materials to assess each fund.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics, from the University of Melbourne.

Joining Trilogy in 2022 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager, Hugh quickly advanced to become a Senior Assistant Portfolio Manager and by mid-2023 was promoted to Lending Manager.

In this role, Hugh draws on a strong foundation in economics and finance, backed by a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.

Before joining Trilogy, he gained valuable experience as a trading analyst, helping to hone his analytical skills and gaining insight into market trends and strategies.
