The sole asset of the Cannon Hill Office Trust (Trust) was successfully sold on 15 August 2026, with final distributions to unit holders being processed on 11 September 2025 and 23 October 2025. The Trust has now been wound up and was deregistered with ASIC on 24 May 2026.
