Overview

Australia is in the midst of a housing crisis, with access to funding a major roadblock to building homes at scale. Australia’s National Housing Accord aims to address this crisis by building 1.2 million new well-located homes by 2029. As developers look for solutions, private credit is emerging as a vital resource.

At the same time, as inflation moderates and as central banks begin shifting from tight monetary policy positions, the investor search for yield will increasingly move beyond asset classes such as government bonds and term deposits.
