On Thursday 30 October 2025, the Shopping Centre Council of Australia held their annual awards gala dinner to recognise the ‘best of the best’ marketing campaigns. Elara Village Shopping Centre was announced as the runner up in the ‘Compelling Experiences’ category for the centre’s Harmony Day campaign.
Harmony Day – We All Belong
In March 2025, ‘Harmony Day – We All Belong’ was held to celebrate the Marsden Park community and the rich cultural diversity that makes the Elara Village Shopping Centre so significant.
The campaign was run by PRCOMCO, with Director, Holly Jones, highlighting that authentic community engagement and meaningful retailer collaboration sits at the heart of Elara Village’s marketing approach.
“The Harmony Day 2025 campaign reflected our overarching marketing approach, uniting the newly established Marsden Park community and celebrating the cultural diversity that defines the centre,” Ms Jones explained.
The significance of the campaign was recognised at the 2025 Shopping Centre Council of Australia Marketing Awards in late October. The campaign was awarded as the runner up in the ‘Compelling Experiences’ category for centres consisting of 75 stores or less.
“This recognition is a testament to the significant value of locally-led initiatives – leveraging the strong external partnerships we’ve built and the power of connection within neighbourhood centres,” Ms Jones concluded.
Trilogy Funds in the convenience retail sector
In early October 2024, Trilogy Funds Group took its first steps into the convenience retail asset classes with the purchase of a $220 million portfolio of property income funds. The acquisition included the management rights in four, and co-investment stakes in three, property trusts, including Elara Village.
Trilogy Funds Group has since invested further in the convenience retail sector with the recent launch of the Trilogy Essential Retail Fund. For further information on this compelling sector and how to gain access, visit https://trilogyfunds.com.au/trilogy-essential-retail-fund/.
