The Trilogy Industrial Property Trust (Trust) has been delivering tax-effective returns for over eight years.
The investment decisions are overseen and approved by the Property Investment Committee, a committee of six internal and external members, with a combined industry experience of almost two centuries.
The management of the Trust is led by Laurence Parisi, Head of Direct Property.
Laurence brings over 22 years’ experience across direct and listed property. Before joining Trilogy Funds, he was CEO of ASX‑listed Eildon Capital, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, and Fund Manager of Industria REIT (ASX:ADI). His earlier roles at Credit Suisse, Citi and APN saw him specialise in the A-REIT sector and oversee multiple direct retail and wholesale property funds. He holds diplomas in Business Accounting, Financial Advising, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Laurence is supported by two seasoned asset managers, a property analyst and two fund accountants.
