About the development

In unison, Trilogy Care and Cootharinga North Queensland have identified a need for quality housing for those living with a disability and requiring tailored care. To meet this need, Trilogy Care is proud to present ‘The Hub – Mackay’, a purpose-built development including fifteen two-bedroom apartments.

The aim of the development is to not only provide expert, tailored care to residents through Cootharinga but also to offer freedom, independence and quality life, within their own spacious and elegant apartment in the heart of Mackay, on Shakespeare Street.

Support from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The NDIS will provide Australians under the age of 65 who have a significant disability, with the reasonable
and necessary support. If you or someone you care for are living with a significant disability, you may meet the eligibility criteria for this great lifestyle opportunity.

Accommodation offering

Mackay is one of the first cities in Central Queensland to be offering a new purpose-built, high end apartments under the NDIS. Mackay Regional Council development approval has been obtained for one of the most exciting NDIS facilities in the country, with only 15 places available. Construction will commence on The Hub once sufficient spaces are secured.

Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and appointed to the highest levels using the world’s best practice design technology. Inventory descriptions are available for each apartment outlining additional support inclusions such as hoists, electronic mobility supports, control panel lighting and ambiance solutions ensuring maximum comfort.
