Trilogy Funds has provided a $10.1 million construction facility to support the delivery of Stages 3 and 4 of ‘Airlie Summit’, a premium elevated land subdivision rising above the heart of Airlie Beach in Queensland’s Whitsundays region.

The new stages will deliver 34 residential lots that range from 607 sqm to 932 sqm, with an average lot size of 718 sqm. Positioned along the mountain spur ascending from the Conway Range, the lots offer panoramic views across the Coral Sea and surrounding islands.
