The Cannon Hill Office Trust (Trust) asset was successfully sold on 15 August 2025. With settlement now complete, our attention turns to finalising the Trust’s affairs and we are working towards concluding all wind-up processes.
Final capital payments have been made to investors. We sincerely thank all our investors for their support throughout the life of the Trust.
