The Trilogy Monthly Income Trust is a pooled mortgage investment, providing investors with exposure to returns available through loans secured by registered first mortgages over Australian property. Each loan in our portfolio is assessed by our lending committee, made up of a team of experienced fund managers, property, real estate and construction specialists.
Trilogy Monthly Income Trust finances a diverse range of property developments in the residential, commercial, industrial, and retail property sectors in Australia. For more than 17 years, our managed funds, raised by our investors, have enabled the successful completion of hundreds of projects across Australia.
