Trilogy Funds Group Executive Chairman, Philip Ryan, is once again taking part in the St Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help raise vital funds and awareness for Australians experiencing homelessness.
This year, we’ve partnered with some of our great sporting and business connections to offer those donating the chance to win a range of exciting prizes. By participating in our Charity Prize Auction Giveaway, you’re doing more than entering to win – you’re directly supporting programs that provide emergency accommodation, food, clothing, and long-term support for people doing it tough.

- This Giveaway is provided by Trilogy Operations Pty Ltd as trustee for Trilogy Operations Trust (Promoter) ABN 77 118 484 427. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a reference to the Promoter includes a reference to the Promoter’s related entities.
- Information on how to participate in this Giveaway forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier of the prize. - Auction Giveaway Rules
The Giveaway will be conducted as an “auction-style” giveaway. The rules of the Giveaway are as follows:
(1) How to Enter
• Entry is open to individuals, nationally, who complete the Auction Giveaway registration form. The entrant must complete the entry form in full which is available via Register Here.
• Entries must be received before the Giveaway closes under clause 4.
(2) Bidding Rules
• Register your participation by completing the official Auction Giveaway registration form.
• Review the list of available prizes and identify the prize you wish to bid on by noting its corresponding prize number.
• Make a donation via the linked donation page Donate Here.
• When making your donation, enter the prize number you are bidding on in the Message box see example here provided on the donation page.
• Each donation submitted with a prize number is considered a bid for that specific prize. A donation will not be considered as a bid for more than one prize.
(3) Determining the Winner
• The registered entrant who submits the highest aggregate donation amount for a specific prize at the close of the Giveaway will be declared the winner of that prize.
• In the event of a tie for the highest donation on a prize, the prize will be awarded to the donation received first (based on timestamp). - The Promoter of this Giveaway does not receive, control or retain any portion of the funds donated via the donation page. All donations are made directly to the nominated charity and are accepted by the charity independently of this Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway does not affect the treatment, use, or allocation of donated funds by the charity, and the Promoter acts solely as a promoter of the giveaway and not as a recipient or intermediary of donations.
- This Giveaway commences Monday, 13 April 2026 at 8:00am AEST and closes Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 4.00pm AEST.
- This Giveaway is open only to who are over 18 years of age and who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this Giveaway, you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and acknowledge the Promoter’s right to disqualify any entrants that breach these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request the winning entrant provides proof of eligibility prior to awarding any prize. Failure by the Promoter to exercise a right, either in part or in full, conferred by these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- The Giveaway is open to employees of the Promoter or any of its related entities.
- Any entry not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions is automatically invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject non-compliant or incomplete entries in its sole discretion.
- The Promoter will notify the winning entrant(s) via their nominated email address and/or telephone or mobile number within 5 business days from the date the Giveaway closes as stated in clause 4 and the name of the winning entrant(s) will be published on the competition landing page for at least 10 business days. The winning entrant(s) must respond to the notification and claim the prize(s) within 10 business days from the date of the notification. If the prize(s) is not claimed by the winning entrant(s) within this time frame, the prize(s) will be awarded to the registered entrant with the next highest donation for that specific prize (in accordance with the Auction Giveaway Rules, and the previous winner(s) will forfeit all claims to the prize(s). For the avoidance of doubt, only the winning entrant(s) will be contacted by the Promoter in relation to the prize(s). The Promoter is not liable and accepts no responsibility if a previous winning entrant(s) forfeits their claim to the prize(s) pursuant to this clause 8.
- The Promoter is not liable and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the prize, in transit or otherwise. The Promoter is under no obligation to issue a replacement prize, but may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to do so. If a replacement prize is issued, entrants acknowledge and accept that the replacement prize may not be the same prize or of the same value stipulated in clause 3.
- The Promoter is not liable and accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or corrupted entries, whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason.

(a) is not liable and accept no responsibility for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss such as loss of profits), damage, cost, expense, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) by any person in connection with this Giveaway or accepting or using the prize, including any action or proceedings brought against the Promoter in contract, tort, negligence, under an indemnity or howsoever at law, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law; and
(b) excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding this Giveaway and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, an entrant releases the Promoter and its related entities (including the officers, employees and representatives of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss, damage, cost, or expense which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in this Giveaway or winning or failing to win the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. - Notwithstanding clause 14, if the Promoter incurs a liability to an entrant under any law, including a law which implies a Warranty into these Terms and Conditions which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability in respect of this Giveaway is strictly limited in the aggregate to, in the Promoter’s discretion, resupplying the prize on offer under this Giveaway or an alternative prize.
- By entering this Giveaway, entrants consent to the Promoter:
(a) collecting their personal information including, but not limited to, the entrant’s name, email address and phone number;
(b) collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of facilitating this Giveaway and for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes, including, but not limited to, direct marketing and the sending of commercial electronic messages. Entrants may at any time opt out of receiving any promotional, marketing, publicity or research materials by unsubscribing to any communications and may at any time withdraw their consent to their personal information being used for promotional, marketing, publicity or research purposes by contacting the Promoter;
(c) using the name of an entrant for prize announcements and promotional purposes related to the Giveaway;
(d) using the name of an entrant in future promotional, marketing, publicity or research material. Entrants may at any time withdraw their consent to their image being used for promotional, marketing, publicity or research purposes by contacting the Promoter;
(e) disclosing their personal information to third parties, such as contractors, service providers and regulatory authorities, for the purposes described in this clause 16 and where required by law; and
(f) otherwise collecting, using, disclosing and storing all personal information collected in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Promoter’s website and can also be requested by contacting the Promoter directly. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy provides additional information such as how entrants may access and/or seek a correction of their personal information that is held by the Promoter, how entrants can complain about a breach of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint. - If this Giveaway is incapable of being run by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any law or regulation.
- Any term or part of a term of these Terms and Conditions that is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable may be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining terms or parts of the terms of these Terms and Conditions continue in force.
- The Promoter reserves the exclusive right to disqualify an entrant from this Giveaway if the entrant breaches the Terms and Conditions of this Giveaway or engages in acts or omissions that are likely to cause detriment to, or otherwise acts in a manner that in the Promoter’s opinion is likely to adversely impact the interests of the Promoter or other entrants.
- If a dispute arises between an entrant and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Giveaway or claiming a Prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider the entrant’s dispute and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding on all entrants.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the laws of Queensland apply to this Giveaway and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
