Investors in the Ravenhall Office Trust (Trust) have seen a favourable outcome in the performance of their investment in the Trust following the sale of the property on Robinsons Road, Ravenhall, Victoria.

Over the seven years the Trust held the Property, it paid investors monthly distributions equivalent to 8.00% p.a. net of fees. The estimated Internal Rate of Return (IRR) delivered by the Trust for investors over this timeframe was 11.00%. The IRR represents the total achieved rate of return for investment.
